Obtaining Copies of Bankruptcy Documents

The Trustee is not the official record-keeper in Bankruptcy cases. Therefore, in order to obtain copies of documents filed with the Court, including plans, petitions, claims, etc., you must contact the Clerk of the Court here: (855) 460-9641.

Submitting Documents to the Trustee

Debtors and Debtor Attorneys can securely send documents to our office via Bankruptcy Documents at www.bkdocs.us. To use this service, you must first register for a filer account at https://www.bkdocs.us/account-register. Once you have established an account, you may then upload documents such as copies of photo ID, Social Security number verification and tax returns to the case through Bankruptcy Documents’ website.
